SilverBow: Q4 Earnings Snapshot

HOUSTON (AP) _ SilverBow Resources Inc. (SBOW) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $9.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had profit of 77 cents.

The energy company posted revenue of $53.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $309.4 million, or $25.99 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $177.4 million.

SilverBow shares have risen 59% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $8.46, more than doubling in the last 12 months.
