According to the message, Washington sanctioned the following individuals:

·       Kremlin employees Oleg Nesterov and Yevgeny Kim, who planned to create and supervise filtration camps on Ukrainian territory occupied by Russian troops, in particular – in the city of Mangush, Donetsk Oblast;

·       Marina Sereda, a Russian woman who collaborated with Russian proxies in Ukraine’s Donetsk Oblast and helped manage filtration camps there;

·       Aleksey Muratov, for managing filtration camps in coordination with Denis Pushilin – leader of Moscow’s puppet statelet in Donetsk Oblast;

·       Russian citizens Lyudmila Zaitseva and Ochur-Suge Mongush – for involvement in abduction of Ukrainian children POW torture;

·       The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, its chairman Ella Pamfilova, and 14 other members – for organizing sham referendums in occupied Ukrainian regions.

Earlier, the UK imposed new sanctions against several Russian and Iranian officials for corruption, human rights violations, and sexual violence. The list includes five representatives of Russian law enforcement agencies.
