See the colors of autumn: Holland Ridge Farms' annual Fall Flower Festival returns

Holland Ridge Farms in the Cream Ridge section of Upper Freehold is hosting its annual month-long Fall Flower Festival.

With fields of sunflowers, gladiolus, dahlias, lilies, calla lilies and mums, as well as a pumpkin patch, horse-and-carriage and pony rides, and photo opportunities with floral backdrops, the festival runs through Sunday, Oct. 23.

Tickets are $13 and sold in time slots, every hour from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Once you arrive, you can stay as long as you want.

The farm, which is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., introduced special event weekends this year. The Fall Craft and Live Music Festival runs Saturday, Oct. 1, and Sunday, Oct. 2. Fall Family Fun Columbus Day Weekend takes place from Saturday, Oct. 8 through Monday, Oct. 10.
