Sazón, Geronimo land on Tripadvisor best restaurant list

Oct. 3—Two Santa Fe restaurants made Tripadvisors' Travelers' Choice Best of the Best 2022 list for the top 25 Best Fine Dining Restaurants — United States.

Santa Fe's perennial top performers on best restaurants lists, Sazón and Geronimo, made the list at No. 8 and No. 15, respectively. Charleston, S.C., with four entries, New York City with three and New Orleans with two are the only other cities with more than one restaurant included.

The awards are based on reviews from diners over a 12-month period.

"We are thrilled to have so many travelers highly review Sazón and Geronimo again this year," said Randy Randall, executive director of Tourism Santa Fe, the city's convention and visitors bureau. "Santa Fe has a vibrant and diverse culinary scene and we continuously encourage visitors to try as many of our fabulous restaurants as possible during their visit."

Watson's BBQ in Tucumcari was ranked No. 13 in the new category Hidden Gem Restaurant in the U.S.
