Samina Chowdhury Moves from Top 20% Real Estate Agent to Top 4%

ELLICOTT CITY, MD / ACCESSWIRE / August 2, 2022 / Samina Chowdhury is proud to announce her nomination and award for top 4% real estate agent in Maryland. Baltimore Real Producers Magazine, Forbes.com, Baltimore Magazine, Top 100 Magazine and The Silicon Review featured her in their magazines. She has worked extremely hard to achieve this status by "helping people from different cultures and heritages, see how they fit into today's American homes," said Chowdhury.

As an immigrant herself, Samina's specialty is helping new Americans find the homes of their dreams. She explained, "I tell people that just because they're leaving their roots and coming to this new country as an immigrant, they don't need to compromise and adjust to a new way of living. Instead, we can find them a home where they can still do what they did back home."

For example, families that follow Vatsu will never be taken to a home that doesn't fit the architecture and placement required by tradition. She also shares her vast knowledge of the area, informing clients about the best schools, doctors, restaurants and even grocery stores. She runs a full-service operation that caters to clients from abroad.

Samina's energy and dedication to her work don't stop there. She recently assembled a new team and offers real estate services in 16 states across the US. She works with both buyers and sellers - and her seller services are setting a new standard for real estate brokers everywhere.

The Chowdhury team has accomplished the impossible. Known as the Help System, they have gathered contractors that will sign on to upgrade a house with the promise of payment after the sale. In other words, she has contractors that will accept future payment for work done today. Until now, this practice has been unheard of in the contracting and real estate industries.

Samina came up with the idea because she saw a lot of would-be sellers holding off on selling until they could afford to have renovations made. So she set out to solve the problem herself. Because of this, she has increased her sales statistics and moved her way up in the ranks in the Baltimore area and had the honor of recently gracing the cover of Baltimore Real Producers.

In addition to her dedication to the real estate business, she also gives talks and hosts a YouTube channel called "Sell it Like Samina" with valuable real estate-related information and listing overviews. And if that wasn't enough, the incredibly talented woman speaks five languages, including English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Arabic. "Not long ago, I had this guy from Jordan. He was visiting and speaking in Arabic as he called me from his car with his translator. The translator couldn't translate well. And I was listening to him in the background, understanding what he was saying. And I told the translator, can you give me the phone? She's like, ‘Oh, he doesn't speak English.' I said, he speaks Arabic, no problem! I made him feel comfortable and told him I could help him buy a house. He was like, ‘Oh my God! You made my day! Let's do this!' I don't think people expect this level of service when they come to the US, but my team can offer it and clients like that."
