Rushing standouts and double-doubles: Vote for the Tennessean boys athlete of the week

Vote now for The Tennessean's high school boys athlete of the week.

Fans may vote one time per hour. The poll ends at 12 p.m. on Thursday.

Fred Bailey, Pope John Paul II: Bailey started the week with a 41-point game in a win over FRA and followed it up with 15 points against Marist and 20 points against Union City.

Daniel Cochran, Brentwood: Cochran averaged 26.5 points and 10 rebounds in games against Raleigh Egypt and Sycamore.

Jarred Hall, Lebanon: Hall had 37 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Raleigh Egypt and then scored 25 points in an 80-38 win over Sycamore.

Darius Johnson, Beech: Johnson had 22 carries for 301 yards and four touchdowns in a 50-39 win over Bartlett to secure the Buccanneers first state championship appearance since 2017.

Jaylen Jones, East Nashville: Jones led the Eagles with 33 points in a dominant 70-53 win over Cane Ridge.

Naz Leonard, Northeast: Leonard scored 35 points against RePublic, 19 points against LEAD Academy, recorded 33 points and 10 rebounds against Franklin County and scored a career-high 54 points to go along with 13 rebounds against Henry County.

Tre Monette, Monterey: Monette scored 29 points in a win over Sunbright, 28 points in a win over Smith County and had 36 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Jellico.

Jett Montgomery, Independence: Montgomery led the Eagles with 35 points against Webb-Bell Buckle and 20 points against Goodpasture.

Auden Slaughter, Santa Fe: Slaughter continues to shred opposing teams as he scored 35 points in a 57-34 win over Mt. Pleasant.

Keshawn Tarleton, Pearl-Cohn: Tarleton threw for 355 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Firebirds past Haywood 53-47.
