Roads closed to downed trees in Santa Rosa County

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties.

Storms rolling across Santa Rosa County overnight caused damage in isolated areas. The following roads are blocked due to downed trees:

  • Miller Bluff Road at Deer Lake Road in the Harold area is blocked due to a downed tree.

  • Munson Highway just east of Alabama Street is temporarily closed due to a tree and downed power lines blocking the roadway. Reopened just before 8 a.m.

Use caution when approaching these areas and seek an alternate route.
