River Water Drowns Roads During Peak Flooding in Western West Virginia

Heavy rainfall caused a river in Sissonville, West Virginia, to flood on Monday, March 1, after flood warnings were issued throughout the region.

Footage shared by Cindy King, who said it was taken at the Pocatalico River in Sissonville on Monday morning, shows a vehicle submerged in floodwaters.
