Singer Ricky Martin and his husband Jwan Yosef have confirmed the birth of their fourth child together, a baby boy they’ve named Renn.

The Livin La Vida Loca singer shared the news on Instagram as he posted a photo of the proud dads holding their newborn.

The 47-year-old wrote a message in his native Spanish which translates into English as: "Our son Renn Martin-Yosef was born #TheBabyIsBorn."(sic)

The pair are already parents of 11-year-old twin sons Matteo and Valentino as well as a 10-month-old daughter Lucia.

Martin announced last month at the Human Rights Campaign National Dinner in Washington D.C. that he and Yosef were expecting another baby.

It came during his speech as he accepted an award for his advocacy of LGBTQ rights and philanthropy.

He said: “My husband Jwan, I love you, my beautiful twins, Valentino and Matteo, they’re also here, I love you with all my heart, you’re my strength, you inspire me every day, you motivate me to keep doing what I’m doing and you guys are amazing kids. You guys are amazing. I love you.”

Martin went on to make reference to his daughter, who was not at the event, describing her as the “light of his life”.
