Alright Renovation Island (a.k.a. Island of Bryan) fans, we've got some good news: season four is coming! After a year of waiting and speculating, new episodes officially premiere in the U.S. on Sunday, July 24, at 9 p.m. ET.

Season four will include eight brand new episodes that you can watch on HGTV or stream on Discovery+. If you need a refresher, you can watch season one through three on Discovery+ right now.

This new season will follow Sarah and Bryan Baeumler on a new renovation adventure. After successfully reopening their island resort, Caerula Mar, when Covid travel restrictions were lifted, they have moved onto another project.

The family will be completely renovating their Florida home, which is in need of some major TLC. At the same time, the Baeumlers will be traveling back and forth from the Bahamas to manage and deal with repairs at Caerula Mar all while raising their four children.

Juggling home renovation, family life, and resort management is no joke, so this season is sure to be action-packed. Whether you're actually interested in home renovations or you're just watching for the drama, you are in for a treat.

The full season has already aired in Canada so watch out for spoilers (or don't) if you're watching from the U.S. Make sure to follow @bryanbaeumler and @sarahbaeumler on Instagram for updates or search #RenovationIsland on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok to see what fans are saying.
