Ravens release final injury report for Week 2 vs. Chiefs

The Baltimore Ravens have continued to see injuries pile up ahead of their Week 2 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. With the team currently at 0-1, they will have to rely on multiple new faces to play key roles in their Sunday game, even though they aren’t as familiar with the team as others.

On Friday, the Ravens released their final injury report heading into their Sunday night matchup. The list features multiple players who are deemed questionable for the game, most of which are key contributors on either the offensive or defensive sides of the ball.

Headlining the list is defensive end Derek Wolfe (hip/back), who has been ruled out for Sunday. Wide receivers Marquise Brown (ankle) and Devin Duvernay (groin) are listed as questionable. Both have a realistic shot of playing after returning to practice on Friday, having limited participation.

Cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey (back) and Jimmy Smith (ankle) could also play on Sunday with both having limited participation. Outside linebacker Daelin Hayes (knee) was also limited. All three are questionable to play in Week 2.

The big question leading up to Baltimore’s prime time matchup is whether offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) will play. Even though the All-Pro didn’t practice all week, he’s listed as questionable. It would not be surprising if the Ravens gave Stanley the night off on Sunday.

Defensive tackle Calais Campbell and outside linebacker Justin Houston made the report as non-injury related. Their playing status should not be in jeopardy, as both took a day of rest.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs have no players who carry an injury designation into Sunday’s game with Baltimore. Outside of the players who they have on injured reserve, every person on Kansas City’s active roster appears to be healthy.
