Ravens announce inactives for Week 6 matchup vs. Chargers

The Baltimore Ravens will take on the Los Angeles Chargers in what should be a very exciting Week 6 matchup. The two teams enter the game at 4-1 and lead their respective divisions, and both will be hungry to pick up their fifth win of the 2021 season.

Before the contest, Baltimore announced their inactives list and there weren’t a ton of surprises. The team decided to make running back Ty’Son Williams a healthy scratch for the second time this season in favor of fellow rusher Le’Veon Bell, and both wide receiver Sammy Watkins and offensive lineman Ronnie Stanley will miss the game with injuries.

The Ravens have gotten used to not having Stanley on the field, but losing Watkins is a huge blow. However the team is getting reinforcements, as wide receiver Rashod Bateman is set to make his NFL debut and offensive lineman Tyre Phillips is back after missing the previous four games with a knee injury.

Other than Williams, defensive tackle Broderick Washington, outside linebacker Jaylon Ferguson, and safety Ar’Darius Washington seemingly round out the healthy scratches for Baltimore.
