Raptors' 2019 preseason includes trip to Tokyo, new-look Nets

The Toronto Raptors unveiled their preseason schedule for the upcoming 2019-20 season on Friday.

The reigning champions will open their slate with two matches against the Houston Rockets as part of an NBA exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. The Raptors will then return home for a quick pit stop to face the Chicago Bulls, before finishing on the road with a battle with Brooklyn in the span of two weeks.

Prior to preseason, the Raptors will hold training camp at Laval University in Quebec City starting on Sept. 29. The full regular season schedule has not yet been announced, but Opening Night will reportedly tip-off on Oct. 22, which is traditionally when the ring ceremony and championship banner is unveiled.
