Following is a roundup of how Bartlesville’s A.J. Parker and some former state college gridders fared last week in NFL action.

A.J. Parker (Kansas State, Detroit, DB): Parker saw limited snaps during a 27-23 exhibition game loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Parker is trying to earn a roster spot for the second straight year and earlier this week was listed No. 1 on the Lions’ depth chart at nickelback. Parker played approximately 10 plays with the Lions' primary starters in limited game action. Parker is a 2016 Bartlesville High graduate.

——Austin Seibert (Oklahoma, Detroit, PK): Seibert ripped 1-of-1 field goals (46 yards) and hit an extra point in a 27-23 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. While at OU, Seibert set the FBS record for scoring by a placekicker (499 points).

Baker Mayfield (Oklahoma, Carolina, QB): In his debut with the Panthers since they acquired him during the offseason, Mayfield complete 4-of-7 passes for 45 yards in a 23-21 win against Washington. He also rushed for three yards.
