Pro-Bolsonaro congresswoman aims gun at man in street
STORY: Video on social media showed Congresswoman Carla Zambelli chasing the man into a Sao Paulo restaurant at gun point after a political argument on the street. People could be seen running out of the eatery.
Zambelli told reporters she knowingly defied an electoral law that bans the carrying of firearms 24 hours before an election.
Social media footage showed quarrels continuing on the streets between locals later in the evening, as the divided country heads into a second round presidential election on Sunday (October 30), to choose between right-wing incumbent Bolsonaro and his leftist challenger Lula, a former president.
