ROBIN ROBERTS: Do you suddenly have a lot of time on your hands? LARA SPENCER: Yes. [ALL LAUGH] ROBIN ROBERTS: Well, it's time to dig into some books, some shows, podcasts that are sure to keep us all entertained. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: That's right. Michael's going to share some picks that can help make you most of your time indoors. MICHAEL STRAHAN: All right. Thank you, guys over there. So we've got some great options for everyone from bored teens to sports fans who are in withdrawal. And I think you should binge this, everybody. We're going to start with those moms and dads out there. I know you've had a long day. You're looking for a little escape into '90s suburbia? Well, if so, I got ya. "Little Fires Everywhere" starring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington launches with three episodes tomorrow. It is based on the bestseller by Celeste Ng. If the "New York Post" calls this series "Big Little Lies" with a blowtorch-- LARA SPENCER: Whoa! MICHAEL STRAHAN: --whoa, that's hot, people-- does that make you want to watch, Lara, because it worked for me? LARA SPENCER: Absolutely. I mean, are we in? ROBIN ROBERTS: I'm in, in, in. LARA SPENCER: Check. MICHAEL STRAHAN: All right, in. Blowtorch, remember that. Next up, we've got to get some work done. While the kids are bouncing off the walls, I've got something for you, parents. Good news. You can let it go, because "Frozen 2" came to Disney Plus three months early to keep all those little ones singing, so you can let them go into the other room. And it seems like some mom and dads already have this one on repeat. Look at this. [MUSIC FROM "FROZEN 2" PLAYING] [ZOE SINGING ALONG OFF-TUNE] MICHAEL STRAHAN: That is Zoe from North Carolina. She is turning 3 next month. And she is loving, loving "Frozen 2." So parents, send us your videos. And guys, what do you think of Zoe? LARA SPENCER: I think it's great. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Yeah, it's great. LARA SPENCER: How does she do that? ROBIN ROBERTS: Yes, beautiful. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Yes, if we could stand up, we would give you a standing ovation, Zoe. But George and Lara, I bet your kids are going to like this one. LARA SPENCER: Oh. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Have they heard of Niall Horan? LARA SPENCER: Of course. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Formerly of One Direction? Of course. Well, remember when they took over Central Park? One of the biggest concerts we ever had out there. Well, he is out on his own. He dropped his latest solo album-- it's called "Heartbreak Weather"-- on Friday. And the critics are calling it the closest thing to a One Direction album since the band split. That is a compliment. And this seems like a great excuse to get that dance party started at home. A little work, a little dance party afterwards. Got the whole family covered. LARA SPENCER: That's a great recommendation. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Yes, yes. LARA SPENCER: You're on fire. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Niall Horan, everybody. Go check it out. And this one is for all you, reality TV junkies, like my girl Lara Spencer. I know you've been binge watching a show lately, we've been talking about it. What show is that? LARA SPENCER: It's called "Love is Blind." Have you guys heard about it? O-M-G! ROBIN ROBERTS: Don't touch your face! LARA SPENCER: Oh, sorry. Purell, please. Ah, guys, this is the perfect binge. It's like "Bachelor" meets "Married at First Sight," "Say Yes to the Dress," all mixed in. It's a bunch of singles. They date without ever seeing each other to test the theory could love possibly be blind. You need to see this to believe it. They have these dates in pods. They get together. There are vacations involved. There are proposals involved. I do not want to give anything away. All I'm telling you is you've got to watch this show. It is a great way to kill time. ROBIN ROBERTS: Amber's been talking about this-- LARA SPENCER: Yeah. ROBIN ROBERTS: --when it was launching. I've heard, yeah. LARA SPENCER: It's really fun. Once you start, you will be hooked. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: OK. Well, if-- ROBIN ROBERTS: I don't think we have George on board. GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: I think, no, I think Elliott might be watching it. LARA SPENCER: Yeah, I guarantee you the girls and Ali know about the show. MICHAEL STRAHAN: George, I've got to say this show is very addicting. And, George, come on. What could go wrong with a show like that? Come on, you've got to watch, man. LARA SPENCER: Go on dates, never see the person. It sounds like a recipe for success. MICHAEL STRAHAN: And if you like to read, we've got books for you, as well. And we asked Zibby Owens from the award-winning podcast "Moms Don't Have Time to Read Books" to share her binge-reading picks. We'll take a look. ZIBBY OWENS: If you want something that will make you both laugh and cry, please, read "Nobody Will Tell You This But Me" by Bess Kalb. And if you want an edge-of-your-seat page-turner thriller, "You Are Not Alone" by Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Great suggestions. Got to get on those as well. And Robin? ROBIN ROBERTS: Yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: I know you're like me. You're probably missing sports, right? ROBIN ROBERTS: Yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: All my friends complaining, no sports out there. Well, I've got the sports fix for everybody. I got two picked for you, guys. And one of my favorite podcasts is called "Wide Open" with Tony Gonzalez, my NFL Hall-of-Famer brother. He sits down with successful people and he finds out their secrets to tackling obstacles. ROBIN ROBERTS: Nice. LARA SPENCER: That's cool. ROBIN ROBERTS: Yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: And I think it's great for all of us to hear that. And you've got to watch HBO's "The Shop: Uninterrupted." ROBIN ROBERTS: Oh, yeah. MICHAEL STRAHAN: Co-executive produced by our guy NBA All-Star superstar LeBron James, where they visit barbershops around the country and they talk about everything. When I say everything, I mean everything. They just launched Season 3 this week, featuring Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes and, of course, our girl, the hilarious Tiffany Haddish. You have to check it out. ROBIN ROBERTS: Yes, and ESPN Classics have been playing some really great games and sporting events from over the years. LARA SPENCER: Last night, we watched an old one, NC State game. That was amazing. Like one of the famous games. ROBIN ROBERTS: Oh, Houston against-- LARA SPENCER: Yes. ROBIN ROBERTS: Yes, yes. '83, yes. LARA SPENCER: It was really riveting. ROBIN ROBERTS: Right, it was a good 30 for 30 on that as well. LARA SPENCER: So you can still get your sports fix. ROBIN ROBERTS: That's right. MICHAEL STRAHAN: 198-- I wasn't even born in '83. But you, guys, you know-- [ALL LAUGH] MICHAEL STRAHAN: -we want you to tell us what you're watching and reading while you are stuck in the house.
