Police identify Montgomery man killed in Monday shooting

Police have released the name of a man who was shot to death Monday afternoon at an apartment on Villas Lane in Montgomery.

Police were called about 4:35 p.m. Monday to the 5700 block of Villas Lane, where they found Nathan Miller, 20, wounded by gunfire, police said Tuesday. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police took a juvenile male into custody and said charges are pending. They have opened a death investigation into Miller's shooting.
