The Brosnan boys are taking on the Golden Globes.

Two of Pierce Brosnan's sons will share the stage as Golden Globes Ambassadors at the ceremony in January 2020, marking the first time in history that two brothers will split the honor.

Paris Brosnan, 18, and 22-year-old Dylan Brosnan, are both college students: Paris is a freshman at Loyola Marymount University, and Dylan is expected to graduate this spring from the University of Southern California. The young men have chosen to partner with FEED, a charity dedicated to alleviating childhood hunger.

"I’ve never had to worry about where my next meal might come from," Paris said in a statement. "I’m lucky in that respect; but I know that millions of children worldwide don’t have that luxury."

In addition to Paris and Dylan, Pierce is also dad to 47-year-old Christopher and 36-year-old Sean. His daughter, Charlotte Brosnan, died of ovarian cancer in 2013. Their mother, Pierce's first wife, also died of ovarian cancer. She passed in 1991.

Dylan and Paris' mother is Pierce's second wife, journalist Keely Shaye Smith, who he wed in 2001.

Each year since 1971, the child of a celebrity is chosen to assist in handing out trophies to each winner as he or she arrives onstage to accept their award. For decades, only daughters were selected, and the position was called "Miss Golden Globe." That changed in 2017, and Idris Elba's son was the first male to serve in the spot.
