Monday will mark the 45th year for the Hank Miller All-Star Baseball Games.
The traditional Memorial Day weekend high school baseball games began in 1976, and the Hank Miller family is inviting former players and coaches who participated in these games over the years to come to Monday’s games at Thurman Munson Memorial Stadium. The doubleheader starts at noon.
The renovated Munson complex includes a second field named the Hank Miller Diamond.

The Hank Miller games have been contested every year since 1976 except 2020 because of COVID-19. They started at Malone College’s old field and later moved to Perry, GlenOak and Jackson. This is the first time they’ll be played at Munson.
Miller, a Canton Township product, was McKinley’s longtime baseball coach and was inducted into the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 1975. He also coached at Mogadore, Louisville, Canton Lincoln and GlenOak. He was a past president of the OHSBCA.
