Par For The Course | Nancy Cannon tournament is August 7 at Paradise Lake

The annual Nancy Cannon Memorial golf tournament has raised more than $63,033 in the last seven years to honor their mom, grandma, and cherished family member who was also an avid golfer.

The eighth annual outing continues to raise funds to support Stewart’s Caring Place, a cancer wellness center that offers supportive programs and services at no cost to over 2,000 individuals and families who are on a cancer journey.

The four-person scramble is set for Aug. 7 at Paradise Lake Country Club in Suffield.

Registration for team captains begins at 7:30 a.m. prior to the 8 a.m. shotgun start. Dinner, awards and prizes immediately follow the conclusion of the 18 holes.

Registration is $100 per person and includes green and cart fees, lunch at the turn, special events holes, trophies, prizes and goodie bags. Beverages are offered throughout the day.

Morning Star provides music during the dinner.

Individuals are welcome to register for the dinner only at $25 per person.

The deadline for entry is July 28. Email nancycannonmemorial@gmail.com or call 330-671-0064 for registration information.
