Panama City Beach Floods as Storm Marco Hangs in Gulf

Thunderstorms sparked flash flooding in Florida’s panhandle as Tropical Storm Marco lashed parts of the Gulf Coast on Monday, August 24, according to weather reports.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning on Monday for several cities along Florida’s panhandle, including Panama City, Panama City Beach, and Laguna Beach.

The National Hurricane Center said Tropical Storm Marco brought gusty winds and rain to parts of the northern Gulf Coast on Monday.
