Packers final injury report of Week 13 vs. Bears

The Green Bay Packers gave injury designations to four players on the final injury report of Week 13 on Friday.

The Packers ruled out one player for Sunday against the Chicago Bears:

– Left tackle David Bakhtiari (appendectomy)

Bakhtiari needed surgery this week to repair the issue (which has nothing to do with his knee) and will miss this week. Rookie Zach Tom could take his place as the starter at left tackle.

The one player doubtful to play:

– Safety Darnell Savage (foot)

Savage was injured in Philadelphia last week and didn’t practice on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. He was demoted at safety and as the slot corner against the Eagles, leaving more snaps for Rudy Ford (safety) and Keisean Nixon (slot).

The two players questionable to play:

– Linebacker De’Vondre Campbell (knee)
– Wide receiver Romeo Doubs (ankle)

Both starters could return after multi-week absences. They each practiced in a limited capacity this week but will be game-time decisions. Campbell, an All-Pro last year, hasn’t played since Week 8 in Buffalo. Doubs hasn’t played since the first play of Week 9 in Detroit.

Inactives will be announced 90 minutes before kickoff on Sunday.

The Bears ruled out safety Jaquan Brisker, offensive tackle Larry Borom, cornerback Kyler Gordon and quarterback Trevor Siemian and listed cornerback Kindle Vildor and offensive tackle Riley Reiff as questionable. The Bears also did not list a designation for quarterback Justin Fields on the final injury report, meaning he’ll start.
