Orleans Fish Shack opens at Circle Centre Mall
A taste of New Orleans Cajun is now at Circle Centre Mall with the opening of a new eatery.
Orleans Fish Shack, on the shopping center’s third floor, sells fried catfish, po'boys and gumbo.
It’s the latest concept from chef Dave Brown, owner of the now-closed House of Soul Cafe restaurants, in partnership with the graphic design company Murkato.
The shop is next door to Brown’s Naptown Hot Chicken.
The counter-service spot began operation in January, but it has its grand opening on Feb. 3.
