Oregon Ducks football lands three-star athlete/wide receiver Justius Lowe

Two weeks ahead of National Signing Day, the Oregon Ducks landed another player in their 2022 recruiting class.

Three-star Lake Oswego (Oregon) wide receiver and athlete Justius Lowe announced on Twitter he has committed to Oregon. He chose the Ducks over offers from Utah, Arizona, Arizona State and Notre Dame.

Last month, Lowe committed to Utah, but he did not sign. Then last weekend, Lowe announced he was decommitting from the Utes and reopening his recruitment.

Lowe is rated as the 26th best athlete in the country and the No. 4 recruit in the state of Oregon, according to 247Sports Composite.

The 6-foot-1, 182-pound Lowe is the second high school player to commit to Oregon coach Dan Lanning's class, joining Hawaii three-star offensive line Kawika Rodgers, who committed Monday night.

Transfer (quarterback) Bo Nix, (defensive lineman) Sam "Taki" Taimai, (cornerback) Christian Gonzalez and 2023 cornerback recruit Cole Martin also recently have committed to the program.

Lowe is the 11th player who has committed to Oregon's 2022 class. Safety Trejon Williams and defensive lineman Gracen Halton have verbally committed to the program but haven't signed.

During the early National Signing Day period last month, cornerback Jalil Tucker, linebackers Devon Jackson and Harrison Taggart, defensive linemen Ben Roberts and Sir Mells, offensive lineman Michael Wooten and athlete and defensive lineman Anthony Jones signed their letters of intent.

Oregon's 2022 class is now ranked 62nd, according to 247Sports. The Ducks recruiting class is also ranked eighth in the Pac-12.
