President Joe Biden will face a divided Congress this evening during his second State of the Union address, where he'll celebrate his administration's successes and propose new policies.

The president is expected to discuss how Democrats and Republicans can work together despite a looming showdown over the debt ceiling and several GOP-led investigations into his administration and family.

When is the address: Biden will deliver his remarks at 9 p.m EST
