Olivia Culpo’s Sister, Aurora, Files For Divorce From ‘Survivor’ Star Husband

Olivia Culpo's sister and social media influencer, Aurora Culpo, has filed for divorce from her 'Survivor' star husband, Michael Bortone.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Aurora Culpo filed for dissolution of marriage in the Los Angeles County Courts. Her husband is well known for his appearance on 'Survivor: Micronesia -- Fans vs. Favorites in 2008,' and the former couple has been married for 3 years.

Aurora is well known for her influencer status on social media, along with appearing alongside her sister in many of Olivia's Instagram adventures.

'Survivor' Star Michael Bortone Splits From Olivia Culpo's Sister

Culpo is asking the court to award "joint" custody of the ex-couples minor children -- Remi and Solei. In the filing, Aurora cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split, and is asking the court to order Bartone to pay spousal and child support. Also, she is asking the court to terminate its ability to award support to the 'Survivor' star.

As for the property split, it's unclear if the couple has a prenuptial agreement, but the document states, "The full nature of the parties' assets and debts has not yet been ascertained. Once determined, the appropriate disclosures will be filed, and the assets and debts will be addressed in the Stipulated Judgment."

Olivia Culpo's Sister Files To End Marriage After Only 3 Years

Interestingly, Culpo claims the couple separated in January of 2022, making their legal marriage a few months shy of 3 years.

The former couple's wedding made waves after Olivia and Aurora were spotted dress shopping by the paparazzi. In October of 2018, the duo was snapped inside of Kinsley James Couture Bridal in Beverly Grove, Los Angeles -- sporting matching Adidas tracksuits. Little Remi accompanied her mother and auntie for a little wedding shopping. "Wedding dress shopping with my twinnies!!! Thank you @ritavinieris for flying out to help me choose one of your incredible designs! I feel so lucky!!' Olive wrote at the time.

Aurora Culpo made huge headlines after she slammed American Airlines following the 'cover up' scandal with her famous sister. At this point, it's unclear what exactly split up the happy couple and neither has made any on the record statement about the divorce. Also, both continue to appear on each other's social media, so hopefully, the split and divorce are amicable.
