Noodle Shack hosts soft opening

Dec. 3—Wan and Wen Lin, the owners of Brady's Sushi and Hibachi, are opening a new establishment in Richmond.

The location, which will be at the original Brady's Sushi and Hibachi location, will soon bear a sign denoting the building as the "Noodle Shack."

Inside, people can line up at the register to place their order. On one side of the restaurant is dine-in seating, while the other side has a ping pong table open to patrons.

Exciting new menu items such as Japanese chicken katsu curry will be joining old favorites from Brady's original Asian Fusion restaurant, such as phoở and bành mí.

Wil Bayne, the manager of Noodle Shack, said the new restaurant will feature a "new kind of Asian fusion" to the area.

"Something that locals maybe haven't had the chance to eat before," he added.

Brady's Sushi and Hibachi has won Richmond Register's Best of the Best Asian Restaurant for three of its five years in business, and Bayne expressed the importance of maintaining those high standards.

"We're really excited to take the same level of quality and service people have had at Brady's Sushi and Hibachi and bring that here," they said.

Bayne also shared that Noodle Shack saw a very successful soft opening and that patrons should keep an eye on their Facebook page for more information on when the restaurant will be fully open for business.
