Jan. 29—Herbein + Co. Inc.

Herbein + Company Inc, a leading CPA advisory firm, has announced the promotions of Jack Kolmansberger to the newly created role of chief growth officer, and of Amy Klatt to chief marketing officer.

Prior to their promotions, Kolmansberger and Klatt had respectively served as the firm's chief marketing officer, and marketing director.

As chief growth officer, Kolmansberger will lead the firm's sales and business development efforts, working closely with firm, service, and industry leaders on strategy and execution. He joined Herbein in 2008 as chief marketing officer, after serving for the previous 12 years as marketing director of a large Philadelphia regional certified public accounting firm. Known across the profession for his contributions to the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) in several executive leadership roles, Kolmansberger was inducted into AAM's Hall of Fame in 2018. He earned a B.S. in business administration (marketing) from Villanova University.

As chief marketing officer, Klatt will be responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, including brand management, integrated and content marketing, digital marketing and advertising, and sponsorships. Klatt joined Herbein in 2010 — and in progressive roles, has specialized in strategic marketing initiatives, digital marketing, social, campaigns, event planning, and communications and engagement. She graduated from Alvernia University with a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's degree in business administration.

Reading Bakery Systems

Dan McMahon has been promoted to technical sales manager for Reading Bakery Systems. In his new role, McMahon will be the key technical point of contact for sales and marketing teams and act as a liaison between the engineering and sales teams.

McMahon joined Reading Bakery Systems in 2014 as a mechanical designer. In 2020, he was promoted to senior mechanical designer, and was promoted less than two years later to manager, conveyance group. He holds both a Bachelor of Science degree, and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Villanova University.

KeyBank

Kevin Stach has joined KeyBank as senior commercial banking relationship manager for its Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey market. In his new role, Stach will be responsible for acquiring new and growing existing client relationships with middle market businesses throughout the region. He reports to Market President and Commercial Sales Leader Jamie Tranfalia.

Stach has more than 15 years of financial services experience, including more than 12 years of direct lending and credit support in middle market and corporate banking, and joins Key from Santander Bank where he held a similar role. Stach also served in various commercial banking business development roles with Bryn Mawr Trust and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp and began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business, a BS in finance from Penn State University, and is a CFA Charterholder. Stach is based in KeyBank's Eastern Pennsylvania headquarters at 401 Plymouth Road, Plymouth Meeting.

Ursinus College

Robert Herzog, has been named vice president for finance and administration at Ursinus College, effective March 1.

Herzog was most recently chief financial officer at 16 Tech Community Corp. in Indianapolis, Ind., where he led the financial operations for the 16 Tech Innovation District, an urban environment that continues to bring together innovators and entrepreneurs in the life sciences, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

Herzog has also held senior finance and administration roles within higher education, most recently at Herzing University in Milwaukee, Wisc., and Berkeley College in New Jersey. Herzog is active in civic volunteerism and is an enthusiastic proponent of the arts, holding several board positions in leading arts non-profits across Indianapolis.
