Neustar Inc., a global information services and technology company and leader in identity resolution, today announced five new appointments to its executive leadership team.
Michael Schoen, Senior Vice President, Marketing Solutions; Bob McKay, Senior Vice President, Risk Solutions; Jimmy Garvert, Senior Vice President, Communications Solutions; Hyune Hand, Senior Vice President, Customer Success, and J. Martin, Chief Information Officer, will all join the Company’s Executive Committee.

Schoen leads the Company’s Marketing Solutions business unit focused on customer identity, experience, and analytics products including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), consumer data management and media activation (IDMP). He has over 25 years of experience as a strategy, product, and technology leader, and has been with Neustar since 2014.
McKay is focused on the development and execution of Neustar's Risk Solutions business, a set of world class data-driven technologies that help organizations authenticate customers, diminish exposures to fraud and non-compliance, and improve frictionless experiences. Prior to joining Neustar in 2018, he held senior leadership positions with high growth and innovative software and information companies.
Garvert is responsible for the management and strategic direction of Neustar’s Communications Solutions and its broad set of offerings that serve the global communications industry such as Caller Intelligence, Listings Management, Global Number Routing, and Order Management Solutions. He has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications services industry. Garvert initially joined Neustar in 2015 as part of the acquisition of Transaction Network Services (TNS) CallerID.
Hand serves as Neustar’s Senior Vice President of Customer Success where she oversees the development and execution on customer success strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. Prior to joining the Company in 2019, she spent over 20 years in the information services and technology industry where she held executive leadership positions.
As Chief Information Officer, Martin is responsible for expanding Neustar's authoritative identity and attribution platform, to find innovative ways to create connected customer experiences across people, locations, and devices. He also leads the Product Engineering and Technology Operations team, aligning Neustar solutions and infrastructure to customer and business needs. Martin joined the Company in 2020 and has over 25 years in the technology, architecture, and infrastructure industries.
As a result of these changes, Ted Prince will be moving into a senior advisor role for the Company.
