MSU football picks up transfer commit from former Ohio State P Michael O’Shaughnessy

Michigan State football has picked up a commitment from a former Ohio State Buckeye.

Punter Michael O’Shaughnessy announced on Wednesday that he has committed to Michigan State. O’Shaughnessy is a former Buckeye that entered the transfer portal in December.

O’Shaughnessy played four seasons for Ohio State but never saw much action on the field. He has one career punt for the Buckeyes but will have the opportunity to contend the starting punter spot with Bryce Baringer off to the NFL.
