Showing big-screen offerings beneath a natural canopy, Rose Park — the green space connected to concert venue Rose Music Hall — will show movies outdoors again this summer and early fall.

Here is the crowd-pleasing slate as it stands so far. Each offering is free.

May 25: "Almost Famous" (2000) Director Cameron Crowe's real-life rock 'n' roll fantasy finds a teen journalist criss-crossing the country to cover a rising band. Billy Crudup, Kate Hudson and Patrick Fugit star. Rated R.

June 8: "Woodstock" (1970) The classic concert film captures performances from Jimi Hendrix, Sly and the Family Stone, Joe Cocker, Joan Baez and more. Rated R.

July 13: "Back to the Future" (1985) Things get heavy for Michael J. Fox, who plays an '80s teen who travels into the '50s and must save his family's future. Rated PG.

August 10: "The Breakfast Club" (1985) John Hughes set the standard for teen flicks with this look at high school cliques unified by Saturday detention. Rated R.

September 14: "Soul" (2020) This animated Oscar-winner features voice work from Jamie Foxx and Tina Fey as it tells the story of a musician caught between worlds. Rated PG.

October 12: "Hocus Pocus" (1993) Get ready for Halloween with this generational favorite starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as Salem witches running amok in modern day.
