Monday’s Top Prep Performers from volleyball, golf and tennis

Highlights from Monday in high school sports:

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

  • Camarillo handed Simi Valley its first Coastal Canyon League loss by beating the Pioneers in four sets, 25-18, 21-25, 17-25, 22-25. Olivia Campisi had 12 kills, 12 digs and four blocks, Alesia Thomas had five kills, three aces and 12 digs, Alex Morehead had nine kills, Kezia Bocasan had 32 assists, and Camdyn Hodgins had 18 digs for Simi Valley, which dropped to 5-1 in league.

  • Emily Ford had 12 kills, Kyriah Trefren finished with six kills and six digs, Ilianna Uhre served six aces, Leah Orsini had 13 digs, and Shae Rizzo had 25 assists and ace to lead Royal (20-5, 4-1) to a 25-9, 25-17, 25-12 sweep of Oak Park in a Coastal Canyon League match.

  • Nicole Zake had 10 kills as Oaks Christian (22-3, 8-0) remained perfect in the Marmonte League with a 25-21, 25-18, 25-20 sweep of Agoura.

  • Kayleigh May had 31 assists, Leah Curtin finished with 16 kills and Mia Paculan had 13 digs to lead Thousand Oaks (17-11, 5-3) to a 25-12, 25-21, 26-24 sweep of Westlake in a Marmonte League match.

  • Kayla Robinson finished with 16 kills and Addie Benson had 15 kills to lead Newbury Park to a 25-18, 21-25, 25-23, 19-25, 18-16 win over host Calabasas in a Marmonte League match.

GIRLS GOLF

  • Kalia Aparicio was the medalist with an even-par 35, Mei Li Root shot a 38 and Maddie Mitsuuchi had a 48 to lead Camarillo (10-3) to a 224-275 win over Agoura in a nonleague match at Camarillo Springs Golf Course. Maddox McKeever led the Chargers (9-2) with a 49.

  • Kira Reisner shot a 1-under 34 to earn medalist honors and lead Simi Valley (8-2) to a 186-258 win over Moorpark in a Coastal Canyon League match at Simi Hills Golf Course.

  • Sophia Lewis fired a 3-under 32, which included back-to-back eagles on holes 3 and 4, Audrey Yoong shot a 47 and Piper Singleton finished with a 48 to lead Foothill Tech to a 246-297 win over Santa Paula at Saticoy Regional Golf Course.

GRLS TENNIS

  • Westlake defeated Oaks Christian 16-2 in a Marmonte League match.

  • Newbury Park defeated Thousand Oaks 12-6 in a Marmonte League match.
