Fashion in the '90s was something special, especially when we got to see it on TV. It was bright, and bold, and really complemented characters' personalities.

One of the best to model fashions from the '90s into the '00s was Moesha Mitchell.

Over six seasons of Moesha, Brandy wore outfits from trendy designers, introduced the masses to some of the hottest Black designers and brands, and explored all kinds of looks.

"It was always important for me to emphasize Black designers, especially on the main titles because they are shown every week," Braddy shared. "And I felt a responsibility. I live for being able to help and lift new designers."

Whether you can't remember or you weren't familiar, here's the chance to check out some of Moesha's hottest looks:

.They showed us that she wasn't here to play when it came to style from the very beginning. Here's the look Season 1, Episode 1 kicked off with.

.And she showed endless versatility. Moe could rock a preppy look one day and streetwear the next. This Season 2 look shows the beauty of '90s layering and mixing textures to create a cute, clean outfit.

.Let's talk matching sets for a minute. How many people could pull off a lime green one? How many?

.She could truly do no wrong; like when she was about her business in a business suit while posted up next to Terry Hightower (ahem, a pre-NBA Kobe Bryant), with a tie and all.

.A majority of people would write this jacket off as being too loud, but Moesha? She wore it effortlessly.

.Moesha more a black tank and midi skirt with a sheer black tank maxi dress over it AND a hoodie? Sounds like it would be chaotic, but she looked AMAZING.

.What would a '90s fashion roundup be without a cropped hoodie?! Paired with jeans, it's playful and sporty (even if her daddy disagreed).

.Sure, some of these styles might seem dated today, but in 1995, she was LIVING, I tell you. And we all know how fashion trends recycle themselves over the years.

.Jerseys had a grip on women and men in the '90s, so this jersey over a white T-shirt feels super relevant. Paired with pigtails and jeans, it's simple but still leaves a lasting impression.

.I really love how the '90s committed to monochrome outfits. We all know how big that trend is today. This was one of my personal favorites: purple. The floral dress with a knit cardigan was put together perfectly.

.We all know tube tops are still in style and the sleek black pants, make this look so chic! But can we get into her matching hair accessories too? Moesha always knew how to style her braids in exciting new ways.

.Here Moesha goes again, daring to mix textures. You'd think something like a silk floral midi skirt with a chunky cropped denim jacket wouldn't work, but it did.

.Maybe I'm biased to loving this simple Season 5 LBD prom look because this moment was just full of feels, but every '90s girl worth a damn had one in their arsenal.

.In later seasons, Moesha was a big fan of graphic tops and they were her way of wearing statement pieces.

.Moesha wasn't afraid to work a hair wrap into her looks. There were no casual days for this fashionista.

.A black leather jacket was another must-have wardrobe item in the '90s. Whether she wore it cropped or full length, it always made her outfits pop!

.A burnt orange leather jacket over orange floral pants, with a matching statement hat? This fall look was something special.

.Pairing animal print and fur can make for an overwhelming outfit, but not for Moesha, who slayed this look.

.Red leather pants! Many tried to pull off the look, but few succeeded the way Moesha did. She played with shades with this outfit and she won.

.Lastly, the jean thongs of today have nothing on these not-even-trying-to-pretend-to-be-denim-shorts...overlay. Paired with an all-black bodysuit, Moesha makes it look trendy instead of trashy, and it surprisingly works.
