Missing and unidentified from the Jacksonville area: Have you seen them?

Fifty-seven people are missing from the greater Jacksonville area, which includes nine counties in Northeast Florida and six counties in Southeast Georgia.
That’s according to records from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Some cases involve children who have been missing for years, including Jonathan Hagans, who was last seen in Jacksonville Beach on June 11, 1968.
Other cases are remains of individuals who have not been identified, like Baby Jane Doe, who was found in Ware County on Dec. 21, 1988 wrapped in a brown baby blanket placed in a gym bag that was in a cement filled suitcase that was stuffed into a TV console cabinet at an illegal dump site.
Those missing or unidentified range in age from newborn babies like Nehemiah Weedon from Jacksonville, to 85-year-old Wallace Gerrald, who was last seen in Palatka in 2014.
Some have been missing for decades while others, like 13-year-old Terrance Brown from Jacksonville, were just reported missing this month.

Laylana Thomas was reported missing from Orange Park on Dec. 14, 2021.
Chance Broeseker was reported missing from Jacksonville on Dec. 31, 2022.
Danielle Tucker was reported missing from Jacksonville on April 14, 2015.
Chrischinda Stephens was reported missing from Jacksonville on June 1, 2017.
Garett Henderson-Berryman was reported missing on Jan. 24, 2007.
Gordon Rowell was last seen on Aug. 26 2016 in Brunswick.
Willie Gibbs was reported missing from Jacksonville on Dec. 30, 2022.
Jonathan Buchanan was reported missing from Jacksonville on Dec. 9, 2022.
Jayden Vaughn was reported missing from Jacksonville on Dec. 6, 2021.
Antwan Gibson was reported missing from Jacksonville on Nov. 6, 2022.
Tammy Huston was reported missing from Jacksonville on Nov. 30, 1984.
Daniel Sajko was reported missing from Jacksonville on July 8, 2019.
Skyler Boothe was reported missing from Jacksonville on Dec. 18, 2022.
Geanna Jones was reported missing from Jacksonville on Nov. 5, 2000.
Michael Anthony Bennett was last seen in Brunswick on June 21, 1989.
Terrance Brown was reported missing from Jacksonville on Jan. 9, 2023.
The remains of an unidentified woman were found on Aug. 18, 1990.
Monica Renita Bennett was last seen in Brunswick on June 21, 1989.
On Sept. 21, 2013, the skeletal remains of an unidentified man were found in Jacksonville.
Martha Lambert was reported missing from St. Augustine on Nov. 27, 1985.
Sanchez Hughes was reported missing from Jacksonville on Aug. 2, 2020.
Brian Hayes was reported missing from Jacksonville on Feb. 10, 2005.
Mark Gibson was reported missing from Jacksonville on March 12, 2008.
Millie Huston was reported missing from Jacksonville on Oct. 12, 2022.
Mark Degner was reported missing from Jacksonville on Feb. 10, 2005.
Christopher Pollen was reported missing from Yulee on Sept. 18, 2016.
Orgious Harris was reported missing from St. Augustine on Aug. 1, 2022.
Shirlene Roberts was last seen in Jacksonville on Sept. 10, 2009.
John Carlisle was reported missing from Lake City on April 14, 2018.
On Dec. 31, 1989, an unidentified man's remains were found in the St. Johns River in Jacksonville.
Angela Westberry was reported missing from Jacksonville on Jan. 16, 1985.
The body of an unidentified woman was found in Jacksonville on Oct. 19, 2003.
Dorothy Herbert was reported missing from Jacksonville on May 1, 2007.
Austin James Wise was last seen May 28, 2017 in Ware County.
Michael Davis was reported missing from Jacksonville on June 25, 2007.
Ro'Varseay Wilson was reported missing from Jacksonville on July 11, 2022.
On April 10, 2009, the skeletal remains of an unidentified woman were found in Bryceville.
Wallace Gerrald was reported missing from Palatka on Oct. 20, 2015.
The remains of an unidentified man were found in Kingsland on March 6, 2005.
An unidentified man was found in Camden County on July 20, 2001.
Aslynne Swinford was reported missing from Jacksonville on Nov. 29, 2022.

Monte Glover was last seen on June 21, 2019 in Kingsland.
Joshua Smith was reported missing from Ponte Vedra Beach on Nov. 4, 2000.
Haleigh Cummings was reported missing from Satsuma on Feb. 10, 2009.
The body of Baby Jane Doe was found in the Millwood area of Ware County on Dec. 21, 1988.
Araceli Martin Garcia was reported missing from Jacksonville on April 17, 2022.
Jonathan Hagans was last seen on June 11, 1968 in Jacksonville Beach.
