Missing Dog Reunited With Owners After Couple Find It Sleeping in Their Bed
A missing dog was reunited with her owners earlier this month after a couple in Benton, Tennessee, woke to find the pooch asleep next to them in their bed.
Julie Johnson wrote on Facebook how she noticed the dog in bed beside her, but presumed it was one of her own three dogs. It was not until the next day she and her husband realized it was a dog they’d never seen before.
When Johnson shared her surprising story online it went viral, and soon led to the dog, named Nala, being reunited with her owners.
The unlikely encounter became the basis for a new friendship, and Nala got to return to visit Johnson and her dogs for a puppy playdate recently. Credit: Julie Johnson via Storyful
