'Miss you' - Paris Hilton shares throwback picture on Michael Jackson's birthday

Paris Hilton shared a throwback photo of herself and Michael Jackson with the words “Miss you” on what would have been the singer’s 61st birthday.

The hotel heiress, 38, was friends with the late King of Pop for many years, and has spoken out in support of the singer following the latest raft of child abuse allegations.

On Jackson’s birthday she shared a picture of herself and her family with the singer.

“Happy Birthday #MichaelJackson! Love & Miss You,” she wrote, adding a heart emoji.

Hilton’s post caught the attention of other celebrities, with Kris Jenner sharing heart and prayer emojis and US actor Kyle Massey writing: “Miss the king happy birthday #MJ.”

“Wow z Paris,” posted singer Courtney Love.

Model Naomi Campbell also remembered Jackson on his birthday.

The catwalk queen shared a picture of the pair on the set of the video for Jackson’s 1992 song In The Closet, which she featured in.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY,” she wrote. “ALWAYS IN MY HEART. MISS YOU @MICHAELJACKSON.

Jackson’s sister La Toya tweeted: “To the most Loving! Caring! Understanding! Intriguing! Pure Hearted and Kind Hearted person in the world!

“You were definitely a gift from God!

“We Love you! We Miss You!

“Happy Birthday!”

Singer Brandy tweeted: “I love you Mike!!!

“I can hear you on my ears sometimes when I’m singing.

“Happy Birthday to you. You are the Greatest!!!”

Allegations about Jackson have resurfaced with the documentary Leaving Neverland, in which two men claim that he abused them when they were children.

Jackson’s relatives and estate have disputed the allegations, saying the claims are an attempt to cash in on the late singer.

The singer died in 2009 following an overdose of the anaesthetic propofol.
