Adult animated comedy series Beavis & Butt-Head has seen a few iterations over the past few decades. Created by Mike Judge based on his own 1992 short film, the satirical show centered around the namesake teenage couch potatoes initially made its debut on MTV back in 1993. After seven seasons on the network between then and 1997, the show was tabled, to the disappointment of its loyal viewership.

It returned to the network for a single eighth season in 2011, followed by another year-long pause. Just last year, a second revival took place on Paramount+, consisting of a two-season order along with a sci-fi flick Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe.

Now, Beavis & Butt-Head will make its way to Comedy Central with more mayhem and new adventures in the suburb of Highland, Texas. Judge will return as the voice behind Beavis and Butt-Head, as well as Principal McVicker, Coach Buzzcut, David Van Driessen, Tom Anderson, Todd and more.

The latest iteration of the show will officially go by the title Mike Judge’s Beavis & Butt-Head and is slated to premiere tomorrow, February 8, on Comedy Central.
