Midweek Madness: Auburn Wire staff picks Auburn-Ole Miss, other midweek contests
The standings are updated and the polls have been released, which means it is time for another week of basketball in the SEC.
The No. 22 Auburn Tigers travel to Ole Miss on Tuesday, in hopes to continue gaining momentum after Saturday’s impressive win over No. 16 Arkansas. Meanwhile, the Rebels will come into Tuesday’s game with a chip on its shoulder, as they have yet to earn a win over an SEC foe.
Outside of Auburn’s game, there is one ranked-vs-ranked tilt in midweek action, as the Arkansas Razorbacks look to slow down the red-hot No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide at Bud Walton Arena on Wednesday night.
