Head coach Doug Pederson all but guaranteed his Philadelphia Eagles would defeat their NFC East rival Dallas Cowboys in Week 7 — but he couldn't keep his word.

The Eagles fell to the Cowboys 37-10 on Sunday, shocking Pederson. One person who wasn't surprised by the outcome, however, was Dallas's star running back Ezekiel Elliott.

"They can't stop us," the mic'd up Elliott said repeatedly during the game as he and his teammates continued to take advantage of the struggling Eagles. Elliott had 22 carries for 111 yards and a touchdown in the blowout.

Other mic'd up teammates including linebacker Joe Thomas and tight end Blake Jarwin also commented on Philadelphia's futile attempts at keeping the matchup competitive. Thomas declared that a recovered fumble early in the game was "just the beginning," while Jarwin mocked Philly's blown coverage on his touchdown just before halftime.

The win put the Cowboys in sole possession of first place in the NFC East with a 4-3 record on the season. With the 2-5 New York Giants and 1-6 Washington Redskins rounding out the division, the battle for the top spot will likely remain between Dallas and Philadelphia all season.

The Cowboys next face those hapless Giants during "Monday Night Football" in Week 8, while the Eagles travel to do battle with the 5-1 Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
