The Memphis Grizzlies are bringing in 2023 facing a tough opponent on the second night of a back to back. The Sacramento Kings will be in Memphis for the second time this season on Sunday night.

Sacramento (19-15) gave Memphis one of its three losses inside of FedExForum. The Grizzlies (22-13) are 14-3 at home.

The Kings are coming off nail-biting wins over the Denver Nuggets and Utah Jazz. Memphis had a 15-point win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday.

Now the question is who the Grizzlies will have available. Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins said he expects Jaren Jackson Jr. to be available on both nights of a back to back for the first time this season. Desmond Bane is out due to return from injury management on his right big toe. Brandon Clarke is listed as doubtful due to left hip soreness.

Santi Aldama and Ziaire Williams both missed Saturday's game. Jenkins said Aldama's left ankle soreness isn't anything major, but Williams was ruled out due to right knee soreness against the Pelicans during the first quarter before he entered the game. Both players are doubtful to play against the Pelicans.
