Meghan Markle stuns in red leather to attend discussion on gender inequality with Prince Harry

It's been a busy week for the Duchess of Sussex!

Just two days after her emotional interview on the trials of royal life aired in the United Kingdom, the royal stepped out to attend the opening ceremonies for the One World summit, which brings together young leaders from around the world to discuss how to tackle the biggest issues around the globe.

Meghan has been involved with the organization for five years, having spoken at various summits on what is perhaps been her biggest initiative as both an actress and a royal: gender inequality.

Meghan stepped out again on Friday to continue her work with the organization, leading a roundtable discussion on the issue at Windsor Castle. The duchess looked business chic in the perfect monochromatic look for fall, wearing a simple red v-neck sweater, a Hugo boss leather skirt and Sarah Flint pumps (available for purchase for $385 here!).

Prince Harry joined in the discussion, and Meghan thanked those participating for "letting him crash the party."

“This is something that also is very key to the way my husband feels – and he’s been working in the space since 2013, which a lot of people don’t notice as much. But that’s what’s really important. You can't have a conversation about women’s empowerment with just women,” the duchess said.
