There's been a lot of talk about ~royal Christmas plans~ this year amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic—and it looks like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are 100 percent planning to stay in Montecito. In fact, a source is out here telling People that the couple is super "excited to decorate for Christmas" in their new home, which 😊.
Jut FYI, sources previously told The Mirror (via the Daily Mail) that Harry and Meghan would be spending Christmas with Grammy-winning producer David Foster and his wife, actress/singer Katharine McPhee. According to said source:
“Meghan very much wants to host the first Christmas at their new home with her mum. She’s really excited and planning on doing all the traditions she grew up with as a child, including the cooking. They’ve also invited David and Katharine to spend it with them. David had mentioned Harry and Meghan going to theirs but Meghan wants it at home. They want to get on with their new lives. Christmas with Harry’s family is not in the plan.”
Of course, statewide coronavirus restrictions in California might prevent people from safely spending the holiday with those outside their household, so TBD on Meghan and Harry's exact plans. But hope they enjoy decorating for the holidays with Archie!
