Mad Bets: Will Tom Brady beat Peyton Manning in golf on Sunday?

Placing bets on which former NFL QB will have a better showing on the golf course.

MINTY BETS: It's time, yet again, for my Make Believe Bet. Who will be the batter golfer between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning? I've set the line at Peyton minus 140 and Brady at plus 120. Jared, who you got?

JARED QUAY: I don't like how you just make the odds, though. I feel like you-- but you-- you're forcing me to take less money, cause I can't bet with Brady for three reasons. I'll give you all three, all right?

A, Peyton Manning's has been retired, he has more time to golf, while Tom Brady's been out there winning championships. And, everybody knows after you lose in the playoffs, you go golf for two weeks straight and get your mind off it. Brady goes to Superbowls. Tom Brady's been losing early, he gets three weeks every time.

And last, but not least, I'm not betting for Tom Brady. That's why, I can't do that. Outside of like logic, Tom Brady can make you money in football, but if I don't have to bet for Tom Brady, I won't.

MINTY BETS: All right, love it. Matt.

MATTY GENIUS: You're so confident, you're so confident. But I'm taking Tom Brady, man. There's some video going around YouTube. His swing's not that bad. He's landed the ball close to the pin. There's some plus money here. And it's tough to bet against Tom Brady. You know that, Jared. Out of everybody you should know you shouldn't bet against Tom Brady. How many times you gotta learn that lesson?

MINTY BETS: OK, good-- good point. But I think it's gotta be Peyton, right? Like you said that, Jared, he's been retired for a couple of years, so he's had time to practice. I think on Peyton's Place, his show, he's done many activities where he golfs. And according to "Golf Digest," Manning plays off a 3 and 1/2 handicap, and Brady has a handicap of eight. So I have to go with Peyton Manning here.

JARED QUAY: Boom. Hey, you know the rules got that when me and Minty agree, we win.
