Lorry full of thousands of Pringles tubes catches fire and leads to motorway closure
A lorry-load of packets of Pringles caught fire and caused part of a motorway to close on Sunday.
A section of the M1 motorway was closed after the lorry full of crisps tubes caught fire.
Highways England confirmed that the northbound exit slip road at junction 25 in Derbyshire closed as a result of the incident at about 7am.

The driver was reportedly able to come to a safe stop before detaching the tractor unit, with the load, trailer and road suffering damage.

Highways England announced at about 2.40pm that the exit slip road had reopened.
