Lori Loughlin and husband make rare public appearance at Harry Morton's funeral

Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, made a rare public appearance over the weekend to pay their respects to Harry Morton.

One week after the 38-year-old Pink Taco founder was found dead in his Beverly Hills home, Page Six reports that a funeral was held for Morton and a slew of famous faces were in the estimated 500-person crowd who showed up to honor him. People added that the service was held at the home of Morton's father, Peter.

Among those who were there were Morton's ex-girlfriend, Demi Moore, Jimmy Iovine, oil heir Brandon Davis and Loughlin and Giannulli.

"There were about 500 people," a source told Page Six of the funeral. "It just shows how much people thought of Harry."

The outlet previously reported that preliminary tests indicated that the restauranteur's cause of death was undiagnosed heart disease, with medical examiner Dr. Matthew Miller confirming that Morton had coronary artery disease and a "mildly enlarged heart."

Loughlin and Giannulli's rare public outing for Morton's funeral service comes as the couple continues to be embroiled in the college admissions scandal, in which they're being charged with bribery, wire fraud and money laundering charges. They are facing up to 45 years behind bars.

The couple has been lying low since their most recent court appearance in August, opting to enter their latest not guilty plea via a court filing instead of appearing in a Boston court in person in November. Their youngest daughter, Olivia Jade, returned to the spotlight over the holiday weekend with her first new YouTube video since the scandal broke in March.

"Obviously, I've been gone for a really long time and, as much as I wish I could talk about all of this, it's really hard for me to say this, because I know it's something that needs to be addressed, it's just unfortunately ... which is also why I didn't know exactly when I should come back to YouTube ... but the reason for that is just cause I'm legally not allowed to speak on anything going on right now," Jade said in the two-minute video.

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are expected back in court in early 2020.
