It’s always crazy how fast summer league starts after the draft, and it was especially weird to see Max Christie suiting up for the Los Angeles Lakers in the first NBA summer league game against the Miami Heat.

Christie’s shooting has been off in his debut, but he has been showing off the defensive acumen that had so many scouts excited about his abilities.
