Jun. 14—Hamburg wins 2 over West Enders

HEGINS — Tarik Feick had two doubles and two runs scored and Nate Gilbert had three RBIs as Hamburg defeated Valley View 9-3 in the second game of a Schuylkill-Berks American Legion League baseball doubleheader Saturday.

Hamburg also won the first game, 2-1.

In the nightcap, Gilbert doubled and scored twice for the Reds. Connor Licklider and Owen Zimmerman each added two runs scored to back winning pitcher Jacob Fegley.

Valley View was led by two hits each from Owen Shoop, who homered, and Dillon O'Neill, who doubled.
