Mall hours changed

ZANESVILLE — Businesses located at Colony Square Mall are now open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. This is a change from previous. Cinemark, Planet Fitness and departments stores and restaurants in the mall may observe different times.

Franklin Schools holding kindergarten registration

DUNCAN FALLS — Franklin Local Schools will have kindergarten registration from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 to 6 p.m. Feb. 15, at Duncan Falls and Roseville elementary schools.

Children should be 5 on or before Aug. 1. Parents are to bring their child’s birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, immunization records and applicable custody papers.

GROVE CITY, PENNSYLVANIA — Janessa Dawson of Zanesville was named to the fall semester dean's list at Grove City College.

ALLIANCE — Shelby Graham of Thornville and Shilynn Williamson of New Concord have been named to the fall semester dean's list at the University of Mount Union.

Downing achieves in college

WHEATON, ILLINOIS — Marian Downing of Zanesville was named to the fall semester dean's list at Wheaton College.

Mudgett joins college group

MARIETTA — Josh Mudgett of Duncan Falls has joined the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society through Marietta College.

Housing Authority board to meet

ZANESVILLE — The Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority will meet in regular session at 5:15 p.m. Jan. 27, at the board office, 407 Pershing Road.
