Water report available

The Tuscarawas County Metropolitan Sewer District has made its 2021 Water Quality Report publicly available. The report covers three public community water systems. It can be viewed online at: https://ccrwater.net/tcmsd-117037

This report provides detailed information regarding the quality of water delivered to customers in each water system. The reports also characterize risks from exposure to contaminants.

Healthy Tusc

Healthy Tusc, a consortium of health and human service organizations and those who support health, is asking for help to identify the top health needs in Tuscarawas County.

It asking people who live and/or work regularly in Tuscarawas County to set aside approximately an hour to watch a YouTube playlist and complete the short online survey to vote for the top health needs. Those who do not have ample time in their schedule, may skim over the video presentations by using the fast-forward feature. Public input is requested to complete a community health improvement plan to make the community stronger and healthier in the future.

The following YouTube playlist includes the survey results from the 2021 Tuscarawas County Community Health Needs Assessment survey, which was conducted last fall.

Participants are asked to complete an anonymous online survey after watching the YouTube video playlist. They are asked to complete at least questions number four and nine at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2021TuscPerceptions. Short answers are acceptable.

Tech Saturdays at the Dover Public Library

Do you need some one-on-one tech help? Schedule an hour with a tech librarian at the Dover Public Library the last Saturday of each month between 9 a.m. and noon. They can help with email, Facebook, Windows, Microsoft Office, phones, tablets and more. Call 330-343-to set up an appointment or just stop by. For quick questions, feel free to ask at the front desk anytime!

Please note that librarians can not aid in hardware repairs or virus removal. This program is free to attend.
