United Way adds to board

COSHOCTON − The United Way of Coshocton County has added Tisha Babcock and Kayla Cowden to the Board of Directors, starting in December. Board members typically serve two consecutive three-year terms.

Babcock is the facility administrator for Genesis Coshocton Medical Center and has been employed with Genesis for 25 years. Cowden is a production planner at Wiley's Organic Technologies for six years. She's pursuing a master's degree in business administration.

Port Authority to meet

COSHOCTON − The Coshocton Port Authority will meet in special session at 7:45 a.m. Monday in the conference room of the Coshocton County Progress Center. The purpose will be to authorize hiring of a seasonal employee and applying for the Coshocton County Appalachian Community Grant Program.
